Before 5 am

There’s a lot that could go down for you before 5 AM when most of the world is still in bed.

We’re going to start by saying that we agree with you when you say you don’t like waking up early, or you wrap yourself in your blankets a lot tighter when you hear that alarm go off. We get it, it sucks. But we’re also going to tell you that it’s prime you time that you’re missing out on.

We’ve listed some benefits on why waking up early helps you to not only become a better goal setter, but set you up for bigger success.

Be Untouchable

Your phone doesn’t ring, your inbox isn’t blowing up and no one is really awake to ask you for your attention. Between the hours of 4:30 and 7:30 AM, you’re almost untouchable. This allows you to really make time for those other goals that you’re setting for yourself and give them your undivided attention.

Have you wanted to start going to the gym? Register and train for a big event? Meditate? Learn a language? What about start working on your own business but you just don’t have the time?

We’ve heard you say it. You just don’t have enough hours in a day. Reality check – we’re all limited to 24 hours a day. So why do some of us get more done than others? They make time for what they want.

You’re not losing out on sleep, because you go to bed earlier. You’re not missing out on prime evening time to get your stuff done, because you’re waking up for dedicated personal time. Plus, the sleep experts say that when you go to bed earlier and wake up early, you’re giving your body a deeper, more restorative sleep.

We’re athletes. We set goals and we work hard to smash them. Waking up early gives you a strong start to your day and allows you to set new foundations in your life while creating new habits. Studies show that people who wake up early spend time identifying long-term goals and feel in charge of making things happen.

The only thing louder than your alarm is the sound of the doubts going off in your head. Wake up and get after what you want.
