Description: As we grow our acrobatic yoga practice, it’s important to build upon a strong foundational skillset so we can excel in the practice. The core strength of ACROMOTION is in the subtleties of movement and understanding the technicalities of precise movement and alignment.

One of the most consistent questions we receive is, “How do you make everything look so easy?”. This intensive offering is designed to strategically answer this question.

Together we will dive deep into the practice to thoroughly understand how to find postures and transitions that move with ease. We will share our secrets to unlocking a practice that moves smooth! There is a big difference in being able to make a posture happen versus harnessing the ability and knowledge to access postures that move effortlessly from entry to exit.

– how to base, fly and spot foundational & intermediate postures
– multiple creative entries and exits within postures; for both beginner & intermediate postures
– connecting beginner & intermediate postures into flows
– how to fine tune & cue alignment; clear communication techniques
– how to access greater strength when basing and flying
– drills & conditioning techniques to strengthen and open our bodies; take home exercises to train smart & strategically
– how to avoid common mistakes within the practice
– how to build a practice that will grow safely with longevity
– how to ninja spot & cultivate a safe space to grow within
– how to refine your practice artistically

The ACROMOTION Intensive offering is for beginner and intermediate practitioners looking to take their practice to new heights. We will share offerings for all levels , and will do our best to keep all students challenged within their current practice.

If there is one thing we know with all of our hearts.
It’s movement.
Movement is our meditation.
Movement is our medicine.
Movement is the answer to much of what life has confronted us with.
Movement is a powerful tool that we connect with to transform, evolve, empower and express ourselves – and this is what we want to share with you.

Reflecting, both our lives have seemingly led us on a journey to share the transformative and empowering movement practice of acro yoga. After all, movement is our secret to life; a belief that is rooted into our everyday living for as long as we can remember, so it was only a matter of time that we would find something we could share together. Then at last, 6 years into our relationship, we found a movement style that we loved practicing together, a practice that has changed our lives in countless ways – Acro Yoga.

What is Acro Yoga?
Acro Yoga blends the wisdom of yoga, the dynamic power of acrobatics, and a myriad of movement arts. These three elements form the foundation of a practice that cultivates trust, playfulness, and community.
