Description: EAT MINDFULLY + MOVE CONFIDENTLY
Welcome to Back to Basics! This 6-week program (2x weekly) was designed to teach you foundational movements to ensure confidence in the gym and when using weights – an area females tend to shy away from because of lack of knowledge! These are form focussed movement sessions. We also provide you with nutritional information along the way with 6 weeks of customized meal plans and food journaling. Making healthy conscious decisions with food is just as important. There is a sweat with every session, recommended for anyone at a beginner/intermediate fitness level. Feel strong, confident and ready to conquer your workouts after the 6 weeks are completed!

Bio:

Kelsey: Kelsey is a fitness and lifestyle coach (CPT) inspiring others to live a healthy active lifestyle. She is dedicated to bringing awareness surrounding the benefits of exercise and the major differences it can make with daily living. Kelsey shares her passion through helping individuals set goals and work with them towards achievement.

Haley: Haley is a certified personal trainer (CPT) and registered holistic nutritionist (RHN) dedicated to helping others exercise smarter and eat healthier. She believes in the benefits of proper exercise prescription and nutritious eating and strives daily to bring that to others. We are all unique and require different styles of training and eating to fit our individual lifestyles and needs, which is why she approaches fitness and nutrition individually, rather than a one size fits all solution.
