Things are about to get a little peachier in Vancouver!
Class begins with a warm-up in the centre floor, followed by upper body work using light weights, high repetitions and isometric holds. Following that – we move to the Barre to focus our attention on the lower body by using elements from classical ballet that tone and strengthen the quads, glutes and inner thighs. We complete the workout on the floor for our core and back then finish with a cool down and stretch. Our signature class incorporate high impact cardio intervals to get your heart rate up and burn those calories! Our instructors will provide low impact modifications as well.
(toe socks recommended but not mandatory)

Bio: Emily Crebbin received her early dance training in Calgary AB, as a young and talented competitive dancer. Since the age of 3 she has looked up to her mom who was a ballerina. Emily pursued her professional training in London England at the Royal Academy of Dance before joining the Belle faculty. She was the manager of the Barre Belles’s first location and has since moved to Vancouver to bring the heat! Co-owner of Barre Belle Kitsilano. Safe to say she is sweat OBSESSED!
