Class Description: Join yoga therapist and holistic nutritionist Mona Sharma for a detoxing yoga flow and interactive nutrition talk to create your best health in 2019! The class will include a 40 minute yoga session with breathing, flow and fascial release, followed by a 20 minutes of takeaway tips with Q&A for your health to thrive.

Bio: Mona Sharma is a Los Angeles based Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Yoga Therapist, and Healthy Living Coach. Her global clientele includes CEO’s, professional athletes and celebrities, working with each of them to optimize their fitness, health and overall well being. From an early age, she spent her summers living at yoga retreats with her family. It was there that she was introduced to yoga and healthy living with a daily focus on balancing proper diet, meditation, breathing, and benefits of physical movement. With a fun and enthusiastic approach, Mona looks to share this message of optimal health and energy with all her clients.
