About Becca:

Becca is a certified Vinyasa, Hatha & Restorative yoga teacher and a full time student at Ryerson University. She likes to remind her students that yoga doesn’t have to be perfect. It’s not about holding fancy poses and wearing bright pants. In fact, yoga is the opposite of perfect. Practicing yoga is about being and feeling beautiful from the inside out and finding what feels good for YOUR own body. Becca encourages her students to have fun with their practice!
