Class Description: Music and dance inspired yoga. Expect to have fun and sweat to an amazing hip hop/R&B playlist!

The style of yoga is great for everyone, there are no levels. Avoid this type of class if you have an injury, or moderate movement restrictions.

Cost: Suggested $5 minimum donation with 100% of proceeds going to Right to Play, a global organization that protects, educates and empowers children to rise above adversity using play. Every $1000 raised provides a community in need with a play day for over 100 children.

About Cherry

Cherry has been teaching yoga since 2010. She has trained in philosophy, anatomy, and techniques of yoga from teachers such as Shakti Mhi, Patrick Beach, Sean Corn, Colleen and Rodney Yee, and Sadi Nardidi.

She believes yoga should be taught with more space for adaptation, freestyle movements, and freedom of expression. She creates a space where you can tap into your own body’s rhythm, working into your flexibility and strength in your own way, with the help of music.

Her highlights include teaching along side Elena Brower and Colleen and Rodney Yee in the Lolë White tour, and most recently presenting yoga and healthy lifestyle to Gucci Canada. She has also lead yoga retreats, teaching both pilates and yoga for groups of 70 plus. She is a certified Yoga, Pilates, and Thai Massage Therapist.”
