Where: Meet in the lobby of MNP Tower by the concierge desk

When: Every Thursday at 12:15 PM.

Workout: Climbing the 700 stairs from the lobby to the top of the building, 33 flights in total.

Centimeters / Inches

Measure around your chest at the widest point. Keep the measuring tape parallel to the floor.

Measure around your waist at the narrowest point. Usually this is just above your navel. Keep the measuring tape parallel to the floor.

While standing, measure around the widest point of your thigh. Keep the measuring tape parallel to the floor.

With your arm slightly bend, measure from the center of the back of your neck along your arm to your wrist bone.

While standing with your feet together, measure around your hip at the widest point. Keep the measuring tape parallel to the floor.

Standing with straight legs and slightly apart, measure from your crotch to the floor.

Measure around your chest at the widest point. Keep the measuring tape parallel to the floor.

Use a flexible measuring tape
Stand tall with your muscles relaxed
Measure on bare skin or wear slim fitting, thin clothing

Measure yourself in front of a mirror to make sure the tape is positioned correctly. If possible, have your training partner do the measuring for you.

FIT GUIDE

These snug fitting garments are made with stretch fabrics to fit next to the skin. They enhance moisture management and are supportive.
