Description: A movement based (mobility) class that helps people overcome their weaknesses and tightnesses while building strength and creating better body awareness. This class is paired with a run community to help bridge a gap between cardio and bodyweight training. Our mission is to ignite more holistic approach to fitness and build a community of like minded individuals.

Bio: Strength & Conditioning Coach with 12 years of experience who specializes in biomechanics and proper form. Worked with multiple professional athletes and bikini/pageant girls.
