Event Description: SLAM! Train like a boxer and punch up your fitness level with various boxing drills using gloves, mitts, jump ropes and body weight for a full body workout that’s a great way to energize your Saturday!

Cost: Complimentary or by donation

Location: RYU – Fashion Island

Bio: Elijah holds a B.S in Exercise Science and certifications in NCCPT-CPT, USA Rugby level 300, USA Rugby Strength and Conditioning level 100, FR practitioner, and FMS. He is a fulltime Exercise Specialist at KINETIC Newport.
