Info :

This workout is a mix of cardio and strength and programed to increase your endurance and flexibility. This class is for athletes of all levels. Come sweat with us and break up the routine of your daily workout!

What to bring:

  • Comfortable workout gear to sweat in
  • Yoga mat (*if you need mat we have a few spare that you can borrow!)
  • Trace Water provided to help you stay hydrated

Cost: Suggested $5 minimum donation with 100% of proceeds going to Right to Play, a global organization that protects, educates and empowers children to rise above adversity using play. Every $1000 raised provides a community in need with a play day for over 100 children.

Our goal? Connecting people in the cities we love through movement and performance.
