Ride route:
Over Burrard Bridge to Stanley Park, 2 laps around Stanley Park and back again (or more if you are fast or want to keep riding).

This will be a no drop ride which mean that I will be leading at the pace of the slowest rider. I will lead the ride for the first event only.

But you are also free to ride on your own or in smaller groups if you like as well. This is not a formal workout but a chance to have some fun and ride as a group.

**You must be a Kits Energy club member to join the group ride.**

If it is raining, the ride will be cancelled but the yoga will still start at 10:30am (It isn’t fun to do yoga in wet bike shorts…)

Yoga start time: approximately 10:30am
Yoga location: above RYU – they have a gym!!

Coffee time: 11:15am in the courtyard at RYU
