All levels hatha, all bodies welcome, inclusive yoga supporting Mental Health.
Cost: $5 cost for all participants with 100% of proceeds being donated to Canadian Mental Health Association and Mental Health America.

Born and raised in Vancouver BC Sam offers an experience of yoga that integrates philosophy and physicality. Her understanding and empathy with trauma allows her to relate to others in deep and meaningful ways. Sam is open minded, thoughtful and inspired. Her yoga classes are dedicated to helping you feel good.
