‘Yoga Workout’ combines dynamic gym based exercises with the lengthening and toning properties of Yoga to create a complete body workout for all levels! Designed to strengthen and tone, achieve your best body without having to enter the gym! Mat based exercises build upon your body’s natural strength, whilst selected Yoga poses tone, flex and lengthen muscles to compliment this all over workout. Enjoy guided Yogic breathing throughout the class to build on and enhance your endurance. So join us on the mat for loads of uplifting beats, dynamic movements and of course – sweat!
Venetia Sims qualified as a Vinyasa Yoga Instructor in 2016 with the desire to help others overcome the daily challenges they face during their work and personal lives. Venetia tailors her classes to tone, strengthen and flex the body to help every student counteract the mental and physical effects of modern day living; as well as helping students to achieve their best body. Venetia offers a fun and fresh approach to her classes by blending fitness and the guiding principles of Yoga to create a vitalizing and dynamic sequence to suit everybody and every body.
Cost: RYU Community Classes are by a suggested donation of $5 with 100% of proceeds going to Right to Play, a global organization that protects, educates and empowers children to rise above adversity using play.
