Beyond what I even expected

I originally got this duffle to replace my gym bag because I needed something more durable. This bag is heavy duty but looks well designed and sleek. I will be using this as my weekender as well.
The bag is of good quality and this is where my star is given to. However it is not the most comfortable duffel bag if you were to carry it as a back pack for a person that's my height of 5'5. The straps of the backpack does not adjust all the way and at my height I have the bag sitting quite low past my shoulder and the end of the bag is way past my waist. If you carry heavy gear, it puts a strain on your back and shoulder. Also, the section on each side where it folds over is very uncomfortable as it does not lay flat and the uncomfortable fold presses on on your lower back. For the price of the bag, I was hoping to not only get quality but comfort.
Proper size. So far good quality.
Might buy a 2nd one.
