The concept is simple. If your size changes (by packing on muscle or losing weight, for example) within one year of purchasing an item, we’ll replace it in your new size for 50% off. We’ll then donate your old gear to one of our local charitable partner organizations.

Can RYU sponsor my event?
We love people who make a difference so if your event is doing that, let’s talk. RYU sponsors all sorts of events through our local communities – from workout classes to networking and health workshops.
We ask that all applications for sponsorship can be submitted through our Event Sponsorship Form. Due to the number of requests we receive, we are only able to reply to selected events.
I’m an athlete; will you send me some gear?
We think everyone is an athlete in their own way. We have programs for Trainers and Industry Professionals, as well as our RYU Connector Program. These programs are designed to build a community of athletic leaders that train, teach, coach and live the values of RYU: vitality, freedom, curiosity, discipline and respect. Our goal is to facilitate human performance for 1 million athletes around the globe.

What does backorder vs. pre-order mean?
For select NEW arrivals we offer the ability to “Pre-Order” the item. This allows you to secure the size and color and the item will be shipped on or before the listed estimated time of arrival date. Your credit card will be authorized for the product, tax and shipping (if applicable), but you will not be charged until the item ships to you.
For our most popular and regularly stocked items, we offer the ability to “Back-Order” an item. Stock arrives regularly, and will be shipped as quickly as possible. Your credit card will be authorized for the product, tax and shipping (if applicable), but you will not be charged until the item ships to you.
What do I do if something I like is out of stock?
We’ve provided our customers with the opportunity to purchase an item either on Backorder or Pre-Order. We also do our very best to indicate when you can expect that item to be delivered to you, and while our goal is to keep you informed as our suppliers help to fulfill your order, we appreciate your patience and your holding the knowledge that sometimes ETA’s for delivery are missed.
