HOW TO MEASURE
CHEST
Measure around your chest at the widest point. Keep the measuring tape parallel to the floor.
WAIST
Measure around your waist at the narrowest point. Usually this is just above your navel. Keep the measuring tape parallel to the floor.
THIGH
While standing, measure around the widest point of your thigh. Keep the measuring tape parallel to the floor.

SLEEVE LENGTH
With your arm slightly bend, measure from the center of the back of your neck along your arm to your wrist bone.
HIP
While standing with your feet together, measure around your hip at the widest point. Keep the measuring tape parallel to the floor.
INSEAM
Standing with straight legs and slightly apart, measure from your crotch to the floor.
MEASURING TIPS
- Use a flexible measuring tape
- Stand tall with your muscles relaxed
- Measure on bare skin or wear slim fitting, thin clothing
- Measure yourself in front of a mirror to make sure the tape is positioned correctly. If possible, have your training partner do the measuring for you.
