HOW TO GET THE RIGHT FIT
Using a measuring tape, follow the guidelines to take your measurements. Please note all measurements are in inches.
Reference your measurements against the size chart below to find your size. If you fall between sizes, choose the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a more relaxed fit. If your body measurements for chest and waist result in two different suggested sizes, order the size from your chest measurement.
Use a flexible tape measure on bare skin. Stand tall with muscles relaxed. For most accuracy have someone measure you or stand in front of mirror to make sure tape is positioned correctly.
Keeping tape parallel to floor, measure around your chest at the widest point.
Keeping tape parallel to floor, measure around your waist at the narrowest point, typically just above the navel.
Standing with your feet together, keep tape parallel to floor and measure around your hip at the widest point.
While standing, measure around the widest point of your thigh keeping tape parallel to the floor.
With your arm slightly bent, measure from the center of the back of your neck along your arm to your wrist bone.
